Job Description
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop adhoc queries to extract relevant data for analysis.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, performance, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide data for decision making after validation.
- Develop and maintain non scaled BI solutions, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and data analysis, and apply them to improve the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.
-Reviewing data results to ensure accuracy; and communicating results and insights to the project team and business partners.
-Develop ETL pipeline solutions with customers and other system areas by ensuring solution testing and validation.
-Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
-Recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer.
- 2 years experience with Data Analytics/Business Reporting.
Must Have:
- Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries/Stored Proc
- Working knowledge in ETL/ELT Concepts
- Working knowledge on Data Modelling in Power BI
- Hands-on experience in building Data pipelines Good understanding on Power BI and DAX queries Excel based:
- Strong understanding of Excel formula and Pivot tables/Charts.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge and experience of DB administration and security of GCP Tools eg. BigQuery
- Experience in Dataiku tool
- Knowledge and understanding of maintaining data quality, integrity, and governance framework.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 2: Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Option 3: 4 years experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
