Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the SaaS domain, with a strong technical background and expertise in digital platforms.

This individual will play a crucial role in driving pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise, and supporting the sales team in positioning and demonstrating our solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, and product proofs of concept.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Platform, providing insights and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including technical documentation, case studies, and product datasheets.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, and communicate requirements to the product development team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS domain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in digital platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, technical proposals, and solution designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong and demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
