WHAT YOU'LL DO

In April 2024, NPS Prism is taking the next step in our evolution by becoming an independent legal entity, while still retaining our 100% ownership by Bain & Company. We need an experienced, versatile HR professional to lead both HR and recruiting for our ~45+ person Brazil Hub and to help on several global initiatives.




Specifically, youll focus on the following:

Core HR (~50% of role)


Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance for our Brazil team

Oversee the entire Brazil employee journey; onboarding and offboarding, employee status changes, promotions, compensation changes, benefits, etc.

Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization and equipped with the necessary tools and resources

Stay up-to-date with relevant Brazil employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and proactively address any potential risks or issues

Working closely with our PEO partner Vistra, deploy and administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining competitive positioning

Oversee employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, surveys, and programs designed to enhance morale, collaboration, and retention.

Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data at all times





Recruiting (~25% of role)


Lead the recruitment process by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source, and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations

Proactively source potential candidates via various hiring platforms and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Develop recruiting practices to support NPS Prisms values and evolving business needs while cultivating exceptional candidate experiences

Conduct talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends etc.





Career, Professional Development, and Training (~25% of role)

Drive performance management processes, offering guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, and development planning

Work with NPS Prism leadership to:


Facilitate and execute strategic decisions made about career paths (e.g., codifying our definitions of career pathways, skill requirements, and promotion criteria (in collaboration with line leadership))

Refine and help scale review/performance processes and lead pilots of new processes as needed

Manage the review, rating, and promotion calibration process

Train leaders on feedback norms

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee development initiatives

Be a leader and advocate for employee resource groups, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Act as an ombudsman and eyes and ears of the Brazil office (morale, culture, overall employee satisfaction)

Help create version 2.0 of on going learning program that exists today to help with the continued upskilling of our team members





This position reports to NPS Prisms Director of People Operations, in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Operations. Initially, this will be an individual contributor role, with the possibility to grow into a role managing 1-2 other team members as NPS Prism scales.




ABOUT YOU

Youll be a great fit for this role if your background includes:


A Bachelors degree

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible human resources experience

Ideal candidate has at least 2-5 years of experience in a growth-stage company or strategy consulting environment

Experience with end-to-end recruiting management

Extensive knowledge of Brazil employment laws and regulations

Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration

A proven ability to lead HR initiatives and programs that contribute to organizational success and employee satisfaction.

Fluency in English and Portuguese
