A day in the life.

As our
Client Coordinator
on the Business Insurance team, youll provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients. A successful Client Coordinator is able to balance the workload of their own book of business while helping support the larger and more complex accounts of the client service team. The ability to work independently and on a team is critical in this role.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and colleagues and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Be a self-starter and problem solver.
Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelors degree in business related field.
