A day in the life.

As our
Client Support Associate
on the
Employee Health & Benefits
team, you will work under the guidance and direction of the Client Manager, Strategic Client Manager and/or Consultant. Engaging in customer service-related communication with individuals both within and outside of the organization.Attention to detail will be needed as you track service issues through activities entered in our agency management system. If you enjoy managing multiple priorities and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a great job to build your knowledge and understanding of MMA and Employee Health & Benefits.


Our future colleague.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelors Degree required or equivalent work experience
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and must have the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Experience within Employee Health and Benefits industry
