Requirements:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• J1/H1B sponsorship is available
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
  
  
  
  • The ability to treat and prescribe for substance abuse is a welcomed skill, but not required
  
  

Practice Details:

• Our FQHC is a model of integrated care, offering a full suite of services under one roof, including dental, behavioral health, and urgent care
• We provide the resources for efficient and effective treatment, so you can focus on what matters most
• You will supervise experienced mid-level providers and have the chance to develop your leadership skills

Schedule:

• Enjoy a 4 or 5-day workweek with a 1:6 call schedule (strictly phone coverage through nurse triage)
• Provide care for patients primarily ages 8 and above, with the option to include OB if desired

Compensation & Benefits:

• Start with a guaranteed base of $265,000 with uncapped bonuses, a $20,000 sign-on bonus (relocation assistance available), and a comprehensive benefits package including:
