Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, maintaining strong relationships and effectively addressing inquiries via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams. Collaborate closely with the Sales teams (Channel, Enterprise, National Accounts), serving as a resource and providing comprehensive support. Efficiently build quotes for purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Manage purchase orders, track order status, and provide necessary documentation for orders and license/renewal information to our distribution partners as needed. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sophos product solutions and Sophos price list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge. Understanding of Sophos MSP flex billing and usage process, enabling effective support and guidance to partners. Maintain awareness of distributor hardware inventory levels and Sophos warehouse hardware stocking levels. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Sophos supply chain management systems and processes to optimize operations and identify opportunities for improvement. Attend weekly team meetings and distributor cadence calls (Zoom/Microsoft Teams), actively participating with the Distribution team and Distributor-dedicated teams and providing valuable input. Manage credit, rebook, credit returns, and hardware returns process efficiently. Conduct in person and virtual trainings and updates for the Sales teams , enhancing sales effectiveness. Develop and maintain a high standard of knowledge regarding Sophos products, services, and competitor offerings, staying informed about industry trends. Work with the Sophos Distribution team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving growth and maintaining a competitive edge. Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or closely related field (foreign degree equivalent accepted). Required experience: 3 years of experience performing distribution channel or supply chain activities within the technology industry. Other requirements: Demonstrated ability applying data-driven insights to optimize complex processes and make informed business decisions, leveraging principles of process optimization and efficiency; Demonstrated ability effectively interacting with distribution partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders; Demonstrated ability managing purchase orders and documentation accurately; Demonstrated ability analyzing complex business objectives, contributing to evaluation and analysis, and implementing strategic plans; Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management systems and processes.
