Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Distribution: Ensuring correct product assortment per store
Monitoring displays and adherence to planogram guidelines
Ensuring correct merchandising according to strategies given by Customer Marketing
Ensuring that all tactical displays and cross-merchandising modules are at the right location in the store
Responsible for handling and coordinating with 3rd party merchandisers in their respective area
Responsible for building business relationships with store personnel and establishing good rapport
Ensuring all programs agreed upon with the head office are cascaded and implemented in-store
Ensuring all tactical, promotional, and secondary displays are implemented on time
Monitoring of all competitive activities found in the store
Initiate quarterly price surveys to ensure SRP compliance in in-store
Monitor competitive pricing in-store
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelors Degree in any Business-Related courses
Open to fresh graduates but there will be an advantage for those with Sales / Field / Marketing experience already
At least 3 years of solid sales work experience in FMCG or Pharma, Principal is preferred
