Responsibility Listen and understand customer requirements clearly. Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentation and proposals. Achieve monthly sales target. Manage sales pipeline and sales forecasting. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and tactics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve sales performance.
Requirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field. Business Admin & Marketing will be added advantage. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
