- Graduation from a Licensed Vocational Nurse Program and current license/permit as a vocational nurse in the State of Texas
- 1+ year of Med/Surg, or LTAC experience.
- Current BLS-HP required
- LVNs must be IV Therapy Certified

- Full Time 10 Days & 10 Night LVN positions
- Clearance documents will be sent to candidates during the Review stage
- 4:3 rotating schedule
