Optometrist needed to join a busy, established 40-year-old MD/OD practice. Schedule is Monday-Friday no weekends. This group has an exceptional reputation in the community and cover all subspecialty ophthalmologists including cornea, corneal transplants, refractive, IOLs, comprehensive, anterior segment, glaucoma, cosmetic and reconstructive plastics and medical optometrists. Excellent employees, clinics, equipment and two Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The new physician will be able to step directly into a very busy patient base from internal referring doctors. Seeing 18-25 patients per day. Job Duties:
Able to provide full scope optometry including routine eye exams.
Medical cases.
pathology
Advise patients on proper eye care techniques.
Diagnose defects of the eye, such as myopia, astigmatism and glaucoma.
