Non-profit medical center is looking to add a Midwife to its team.

5 MDs in practice
Can be inpatient or outpatient
We deliver more babies than any other hospital so our OB volume is high, but there is a good balance of GYN
Between the 6 providers, there is an average of 25 OB appointments a week for each provider.
OB pool shared
Medical students, residents, NP/PAs rotate through OBGYN offices
Very low office turnover - most nurses have been here 20+ years
