Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Concept, design and produce branding marketing and sales materials, including advertising, direct marketing, and point-of-sale pieces to support brand identity
Work with Associate Creative Director to develop concepts and implement design strategies for quality solutions
Create compelling interactive designs for a variety of platforms including mobile, web, and social channels including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and Pinterest pages
Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner
Design and manage the production of visual design solutions
Provide high-quality, brand appropriate individual graphic designs using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Manage and maintain design assets and archives to maximize efficient location and retrieval by in-house artists
Conceptualize original brand positioned artwork in collaboration with Creative Team including Art Directors and Copywriters
Maintain creative quality control through editing and approval process
Design and maintain layouts through art and copy revisions
Manage the design, layout and production of email marketing messages
Design modern email templates optimized for mobile display
Create and maintain branded visual elements for social media outlets and other properties such as blogs
Other duties may be assigned
Education / Experience / Qualifications:
BS/BA or Associates Degree in Graphic Design/Commercial Art and/or 3-5 years design experience in consumer products
Must have a strong sense of typography, web design, graphic design and motion design including 2D and 3D animation
Experience producing content for social media platforms and websites is mandatory
Expertise with Macintosh based graphics programs, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Possess a good design "flair", a broad thinker and able to offer a variety of design solutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
Great attitude - positive, collaborative, self-starter
Effectively communicate with marketing department (both written and oral)
Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
