Purpose of Role

The Americas FP&A Lead will be a key member of the Americas organization reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Americas Wholesale FP&A. The role provides financial and analytical support for our Americas Wholesale & Direct to Consumer organizations and will be responsible for managing regional reporting, including an Anchor Package, consolidation and consistent SG&A variance analysis. The role will also be responsible for monthly Inventory Roll-Forward work and S&OP inputs.
Your Impact

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Direct SG&A management over Americas Admin budgets including Go-To-Market, Executive travel etc.
Reporting consolidation at month-end, forecast deadlines etc. including an Anchor package used by Finance & regional leadership to enable decision making
Monthly inventory roll-forward support with Sr. Director of Inventory planning
Bi-weekly ELT updates for President of the Americas
Budget week, QBR & Board preparation for the region
Key connection to Corporate FP&A, managing regional calendars, deadlines and deliverables
Lead collaborative category/sport revenue planning process with planning, merchandising & FP&A
Qualifications

Attention to detail and data accuracy are paramount
Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis
SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
Commitment to process improvement
High Integrity and Humble and Hungry

Education And / Or Experience
Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields, MBA preferred
4-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting

Base Compensation


$96,778.00 - $133,070.30USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
