The Senior Client Account Consultant (CAC) acts as a primary client relationship manager with responsibility for all account servicing
The CAC functions as the central point of communication in the department acting as a liaison between various departments and functional areas
The CAC consults with the Client Executive/Program Manager in the day-to-day client needs
They also proactively manage tasks and projects that affect administration of the business to achieve timely and effective action on client needs
Apply project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to identify opportunities for process, tool and organizational improvement.

We will count on you to:

Provide knowledge concerning the clients needs and partners with the Client Executive/Program Manager to complete projects.
Handles more complex client issues and makes recommendations by utilizing client service and administration expertise.
Mentor and provide feedback internally to other team members.
Implement marketing plan for the communication of the clients program to its employees.
Monitor all projects to make sure they are on track to ensure commitments are kept and accomplishments realized.
Evaluate current processes and determine new solutions and process improvements to create an exceptional employee experience.
Establish a strong relationship with the client and carrier partners and develop an understanding of all aspects of the client.
Maintain client required business documentation regarding the client
Manage escalated participants issues in partnership with the Client Service Analyst to identify any trends or process improvement needs.


What you need to have:

BA/BS degree preferred
Proven project management skills or benefits administration experience,
+5 years of relevant related experience (client facing, project management oriented to customers, benefits administration)
Professional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple client projects and meet defined timelines.
Results oriented with the demonstrated ability to follow-through on client issues to resolution.
