Job Description
Sr. Global Product Manager, AECG Solutions (Pittsburgh, PA or Malvern, PA)


As a Senior Product Manager within Philips ECG Solutions, you will create superior customer and patient value while fostering dynamic growth along the customer journey; collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to build and align the strategic vision, ensuring global market alignment. Products are made up of hardware, disposables, software applications, and professional services (PaaS and SaaS).


Your role:


Responsible for upstream marketing activities for the products / solutions, including definition of the strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.

Drive definition, development and introduction of the products/solutions, including cross-business solution development to our customers by meeting their needs, including service and consumables.

Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness as part of PDLM. Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)

Analyze the market, the competition, and trends at an enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the markets needs and expectations. Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation requirements (across global markets and supported by Market Intelligence).

This role may have one or more direct reports. Reports to the Head of Product Management for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics.

Includes travel to customer and company sites domestically and internationally. Travel not expected to exceed 10-20%.


You're the right fit if:


Youve acquired 7+ years of professional experience (with bachelors degree) OR 10+ years of professional experience (without bachelors degree)

You have 5+ years of professional product management experience.

Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS platforms is a plus.

You have 3+ years in a role associated with healthcare and/or medical device / software development in a regulated environment.

Your skills include:

You are a highly collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills who is comfortable having clinical, technical and business conversations.

You excel at building strong relationships in a heavily matrixed environment. You can influence and drive results in cross-functional teams with the proven ability to meet deadlines and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

You have the ability to act independently with sound business judgement. You can manage competing priorities, with a focus on impactful results.

You have a proven ability to start with a high-level vision and take it through entire lifecycle including launch and adoption.

Experience in agile software development methodologies.

SAFe experience is a plus.

Experience with Salesforce, RCM software, EHR integrations is a plus.

A general understanding of Cardiology, Electro-physiology or Interventional Cardiovascular products is a plus.

Knowledge of international healthcare systems, standards, and regulations is a plus.
