Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction, Proper email Communication and writing to document the conversation
Proper follow ups and relationship building with each client and their SPOC Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field required
2+ years experience in customer service role
Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills required
Strong Interpersonal skills and Email etiquette.
