As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.The CMDB consolidation project needs a Project Manager to assist with the next phase of integrating BMC Helix CMDB with tables from ServiceNow and HHS internal tools that track assets, services, and networking equipment. This effort requires a Project Manager with knowledge and experience of implementing a CMDB. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, and deadlines. Project Manager will also conduct regular project status meetings, maintain a risk and issues log, and ensure a timely delivery of high quality CMDB. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:Years Required/Preferred Experience5 Required Experience as an IT Project Manager3 Required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills3 Required (at least 2) Understanding of CMDB tools such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, and API Interfaces processes3 Required (at least 2) Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks5 Preferred Experience as an IT Project Manager leading CMDB Integration5 Preferred Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders3 Preferred Direct experience with CMDB tools such as BMC Helix and ServiceNow3 Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certifications
