COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client maintains a large fleet of many more brands as well. Our client sells trailer accessories, pumps and cam-lock hoses, safety equipment and accessories, as well as concrete tools and moving supplies.

POSITION TITLE: Scaffolding Sales Representative

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE + bonus

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Denver, CO

SUMMARY: Equipment and Scaffold Company is scaling rapidly, and we need a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to continue to grow their business. The prime function of the Outside Sales Representative is to generate profitable business from the range of equipment that the branch specializes in.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain positive customer relations.
Develop assigned territory to maximize potential rentals, sales, and reputation.
Design and estimate profitable, safe, and competitive scaffold projects.
Maintain open communications with Branch Manager, Customer Service Representatives and E&D Managers regarding equipment availability, pricing strategies and safety concerns.
Weekly and daily Sales Logs and Call Reports.
Required E&D documentation and expense reports.
Maintain professional communication, conduct and appearance.
Some travel possible.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of sales rental Industry experience and least 1 year of experience in the scaffold industry.
Ability to recognize hazards and opportunities, problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to promptly respond to common inquiries or feedback from customers, team members, or our business community.
Ability to read blueprints, legal documents and analyze job costing reports.
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook Email & Excel.
Previous experience with Scaffold Designer a plus.
The physical demands of this role require bending, sitting, standing, squatting, crouching, reaching for extended periods of time, and performing job walks. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and to manage other office equipment. Ability to climb ladder, scaffolding; transport by lifts, and operate vehicles.
Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job as well as seasonal fluctuations in temperature and varied work environments.
