We are looking for a dedicated person to fill the position of Parts Counter Sales Rep at our Woodstock, NB location.

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service and stocking duties.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for counter sales with a focus on internal/external customer satisfaction
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
- Assist with the verification, stocking, and ordering of parts
- Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Maintain attractive and current showroom displays
- Assists in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
- Work with other departments as directed by Parts Manager
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have computer experience
- Previous parts / retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of Agricultural equipment an asset
- Forklift license an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
