#1 - Engineering support to carry out as built for existing Panels at P&G Andover site.
Scope of work#1
The detailed Scope of work is listed below:
Onsite:
Onsite PC&IS Engineer will audit the panels and provide the markup to offshore team.
Primary shift will be 3rd shift (22:00 06:30). 1st shift will be needed during the first few weeks to familiarize with scope and equipment.
Flexibility to work during weekend, 3rd shift, 1st shift, or 2nd shift is required (to shut down and work safely in Panel while no production)
Offshore: (PCIS Engineer to coordinate with offshore)
Offshore team will review and update the drawings as-per markups given by onsite.
Updated electrical drawings in AutoCAD or create AutoCAD drawings as needed.
Vendor Assumptions:
Existing AutoCAD drawings or OEM PDF Drawings shall be provided by CLIENT.
Approximation on number of Drawings:
o Packing Line 4 and Line 1: 15 equipment drawings for each, and 1 line drawing for each
o Making: 5 panels, 25 drawings
