Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and is responsible for the application design, development and maintenance of a strategic business layer supporting (link removed), Mobile, AA Kiosks and other key and critical systems; Collaborate with the architect to define the technical roadmap for the product, provide design and technical governance, and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms; Evaluate product requirements and proposes solutions considering the product's vision and the technology roadmap; Complete appropriate documentation for technical designs, processes engineering, and project decisions; Build tools and patterns to accelerate development and delivery; Research and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance current processes, security, and performance; Develop cross departmental services and applications in coordination with IT's central architecture team; Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on the product; Evaluate new technologies and tools, leads POCs to prove new ideas, and champions good design practices; Mentor and coach team members related to architecture, design, development, build, deployment, and maintenance of systems; Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and identifies and implements solutions; Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications and platforms using domain driven design and test driven development.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.

5 years of experience as Developer, Engineer, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, plus demonstrated experience in: Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, JMS, Spring Cloud, Hibernate; Angular 8.0, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, AJAX, JQuery, NodeJS, Web Component; SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON; Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere and WebLogic; UNIX, Linux; Intellij, VSCode, Eclipse; PostGress, My SQL, MS SQL Server; Splunk, Azure Data Explorer, Mezmo, Kibana, Dynatrace; Junit, SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter; Jenkins, Github Actions, Azure Pipeline, Apigee, Artifactory; IBM Cloud, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Microsoft Azure, Azure Datalake; Coverity, Aquasec, Sonarcube, Nucleus; Rally, Azure DevOps; Selenium, Cucumber, SauceLabs; Gherkin, scala, python; Git, SVN, CVS; Agile Methodology, TDD, BDD.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
