Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. Work closely and manage sub distributors of the products. Should have excellent knowledge about the local market and tendering and purchasing cycle and ensure and provide full support to win the tender and business. Helps in new product launch and finding new markets for the company for business expansion. First point of contact a new potential client will have with your company when they are seeking information about what you offer. keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients. understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them. Seek ways of improving the way the business operates. Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
