1. Work under the direct supervision of the Program Director and report to the Program Director on a daily basis.
2. Create Chinese language lesson plans and implement curriculum for after-school language program for elementary students.
3. Prepare language lessons for teaching phonics, grammar, reading, and writing.
4. Teach, supervise, and facilitate elementary student needs throughout each classroom session.
5. Assess student performance and document progress to share with students and parents.
