We are looking for a Residential Painter to revamp home rental properties. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Pay is $20/hr. Once hired on by the client, they offer 100% paid insurance, lots of perks, such as food and gifts.

Residential Painter Duties and Responsibilities
Covering trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape & drop clothes
Properly ventilating homes
Scrape walls or use sandpaper to remove old paint
Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing, filling holes & cracks with putty and sanding
Apply primer & other sealers
Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes

Residential Painter Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
Possess valid drivers license and decent driving record
Have your own vehicle
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass criminal background check
