Exciting opportunity for Civil Engineer with BSCE, PE and at least 5 years of experience. Need engineer who has experience with design for drainage, paving, grading, storm water, water, wastewater. Municipal project experience is a plus. Need engineer who can handle project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting, scheduling, etc. Need engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
