Were looking for Director of Recruiting to join our client team.

Its a 100% remote opportunity, reporting to the COO

As the Head of Recruiting, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the recruitment process within our organization. Your role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiting managers, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience leading teams, communicating and working with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who has experience working at an engineering-driven company, that also has demonstrated leadership experience in fast-growing and distributed companies.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy aligned with the organizations goals and talent requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize the organizations hiring processes.

Team Management:

Manage a team of Recruiting leads and managers and provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
Set clear performance expectations, establish goals, and regularly assess the teams performance.
Become the trusted advisor to our internal team, bringing forward creative ways of delivering the best talent to our clients
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning among team members.

Talent Acquisition:

Conduct high-level interviews and help our screeners, ensuring a fair and objective evaluation of candidates.
Negotiate with candidates and clients who are in the advanced stages of the hiring process to close offers in a beneficial way for both parties.

Employer Branding:

Develop and maintain the organizations employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials.

Data Analysis:

Establish key recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the COO and CEO, highlighting trends,
challenges, and opportunities in the talent market.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the recruiting world (including IT roles knowledge). Have a deep understanding of the talent market, and the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Love for technology and people who work in the industry.
Experience dealing with US client
Proven experience proposing strategies in a fast-paced environment
Have strong leadership and communication skills,
Problem analytical skills
Negotiation skills building strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders
English and Spanish, must be fluent-advanced at least
