Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice support, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to work in US shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice support environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
