Job Description

Job Title: Client Servicing cum Business Development Manager Location: [Dwarka - New Delhi] Job Summary: As the Client Servicing cum Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful client management and business development. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, from conception to completion. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance their. event experiences. Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including attending networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate pricing estimates and budgets for client proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management, consistently driving revenue growth. Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. Analyze sales data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. Proven experience in client servicing and business development roles within the event management or related industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Flexibility to travel as required.
