Candidate must have 2-5 Years of experience in similar experience in a service domain handling a customer helpdesk job with knowledge or experience of any technical domain to understand terminologies.
Candidates must be good in English communication LOCATION OF WORK: Customer Service, VOICE & NON VOICE, MNC, BPO, KPO. Ensuring Must possess good persuasion skill.
