Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for the position.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and start date.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
