SUMMARY


The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for the internal product management of SS&Cs Precision LM Servicing Software and other systems, as assigned. This professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and enhancement of Precision to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a product manager and system expert for SS&Cs Precision LM Servicing Software and corresponding Borrowers Viewpoint online portal. Other technology may be assigned as capacity allows.
Responsible for proactively engaging with internal cross functional teams to understand system utilization, strategic technology needs, data management, reporting requirements, issue identification and management, and system interconnectivity.
Serve as primary contact for the owned vendor relationships, to ensure service levels are maintained, and propose creative product enhancements that complement internal digital strategies and improve our business users experience and productivity.
Manage the system administration, user maintenance and security configurations.
Oversee release management and coordinate internal testing and acceptance.
Create training resources and conduct system training, as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of business systems product management, administration, implementation and/or project management experience
3+ years of experience working in the commercial mortgage industry preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
In-depth understanding of commercial loan administration processes and software systems including, but not limited to, Commercial Mortgage Servicing Software, Document Management, CRM, and Pipeline Management tools
Specific experience in Precision highly desirable
General knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms preferred
Bachelors degree preferred

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary for this Role:
$90,000 to $130,000
per year
This position is also eligible for discretionary bonus

Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
