What youll do




Ensure proper documentation and timely creation of all sales tool-kit

Regular update of product portfolio deck to reflect the latest product offerings

Support product listing on Philips and 3rd party digital platform, e-Commerce& Digital Marketing

Conduct research on competitor products and solutions

Support Product managers in sample arrangement, including sample requests for New Product Introductions/Events/demos/approbation etc. other ad-hoc support for marketing campaigns, events etc.

Optimize marketing content management

Collect, compile, and organize Product Brochures, White Paper, Case Studies, Testimonials, and Specification/tender Documents library

Support in Conducting Marketing Trend Analysis (Macro + Micro)

Product Samples + Product Demo Cases for NPIs

Other operational and administrative activities


Your qualifications



Strong interest in marketing or commercial operations with good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and cooperate across functions or business units

Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills and execution ability

Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English

Proficient in MS Office, Excel/PPT/Word

Able to commit at least 5-months, full-time (4-5 days a week) and willing to work in our BGC, Taguig office
