Compensation Senior Consultant

We will count on you for:
Project delivery and technical knowledge
Lead project delivery as a senior team member across Pay for Results & Executive Compensation solution areas. Executive Rewards Benchmarks Competitiveness analysis (Top Executives) Job Evaluation Salary Structures Philosophy and Compensation Strategy for Senior Executives Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans Sales compensation Short-Term Incentives Long-Term Incentives, etc. Retention / Attraction / Severance & CIC plans Board Compensation Will be considered a differential participation in the design and implementation of projects related to: IPO & Spin-off compensation strategy, M&A - HR Due Diligence, Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
Practice development
Provide support in developing white papers/ PoVs, participate in client seminars and industry events, undertake research under guidance of internal SMEs, develop case studies for projects, etc.
Business development
Support business development through participation in requirements understanding meetings and developing proposals to drive sales Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to have:
Professional in Business administrator, industrial engeineering or similar Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute (will be considered a differential) 5-7 years of relevant work, experience in HR functions (Talent Strategy, Compensation, etc.) Knowledge executive compensation Project management and communication skills to lead/participate in the offering project Fluent in both English and Spanish (prior Portuguese) Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
