DAS WRITING SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager having experience in the B2B Sales & Service Industry for Sector-V, Kolkata Head Office at PS Srijan Corporate Park.

JOB ROLE:
1.Meet Monthly and Quarterly New Client Acquisition targetsor exceed Sales Volume, Company Revenue and maintain Company AOP.
2.Develop and manage pipelineson ZOHO CRM and focus on a high conversion rate.
3. Find targeted andpotential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigatorand engage with the client viacold calling(link removed)>
4. Process the leads andidentify decision-makers and initiate the salesprocess via CRM.
5.Negotiating with the clientsand closing the deal. Handling the complete sales life cycle acquisition.
6. Work on generating service queries,coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients(link removed)>
7. Assist the Marketing Team in framing and carrying out different marketing campaigns.
8.Arrange Business MeetingsandVideo Conferenceswith Content Heads from top-level MNCs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Preferably MBA/PGDM Degree (Sales and Marketing) with Excellent Communication Skills both written and on-Call.
2. Must haveexperience in Sales(Service Industry, B2B).
3. Must haveknowledge in LinkedInand usage of Sales Navigator.
4. Must haveexcellent and effective email response writing skills(link removed)>
5. Should have the ability to work as a team,able to build networks and be a team player(link removed)>
6. Ability to lead and adapt in an environment of constant change.
7. Experience inlead generation activitiesand in handling international clients.
