This position offers a base salary of $375k, day shift scheduling with no call, and the unique privilege of working in a 102-bed psychiatric hospital
 
Position Highlights:
 

• Engage in 100% inpatient care, specializing in general psychiatry or dual diagnosis, and providing comprehensive treatment for adults.
• Attend to approximately 16 patients per day with 2-3 admissions per day, ensuring focused and personalized patient care.
• Enjoy a Monday to Friday day shift schedule with no call obligations, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners with a provided stipend, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
