Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Residential Water Treatment Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the water purification sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to address water purification challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Engagement:



    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' water purification requirements.


    • Present and demonstrate our water purification products and services effectively.


    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.



  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:



    • Develop and present customized proposals that align with client needs.


    • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.


    • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.



  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:



    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.


    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market intelligence.



  • Collaboration and Reporting:



    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support.


    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using the CRM system.


    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.



Qualifications:



  • Sales experience is preferred.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.


  • Knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes is a plus.
