Since its inception, our innovative team members have been solving the most complex business, and IT challenges of our global clients.Job Title:UAT LEADLocation: ONSITE-POLK,IAEmployment Type: (contract)The Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading and coordinating all UAT related tasks including Planning, prioritization and execution of all these tasks. The Technical Specialist will also work with the Systems Integrator. This individual at times will work with business SMEs in resolving and mitigating issues. Our client is looking to replace a legacy application and has a need to interface existing mainframe systems with a new server based eligibility system. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading and coordinating all UAT related tasks including Planning, prioritization and execution of all these tasks. Besides working with the core project team, the Technical Specialist will also work with the Systems Integrator.The TS3 will be able to:-Demonstrate ability of high levels of interpersonal and communication skills. 10+years-Demonstrate ability of Self-motivation, self-direction, and able to work with little or no supervision. 10+years-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. 10+years-Accurately prepare written correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging. Demonstrate ability of high levels of interpersonal and communication skills Required 10 Years Demonstrate ability of Self-motivation, self-direction, and able to work with little or no supervision Required 10 Years Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Required 7 Years Experience supervising the entire interface team & all interface testing Required 7 Years Experience managing a large testing initiative in a mainframe, COBOL, JCL, VSAM and Web based environment. Required 7 Years Experience in developing QA test plan, test scenarios and test cases Required 7 Years Experience testing complex interfaces Required 7 Years Experience in Overseeing the execution of QA testing activities. Required 7 Years Experience in Monitoring & reporting QA progress of testing execution, testing coverage, defect identification and resolution Required 7 Years Experience in Establishing go/no-go criteria for each iteration and final production release Required 7 Years
