Duties: Provide engineering expertise to develop, evaluate, and improve production operations processes. Apply engineering knowledge to carry out core functions in assembly management. Apply engineering knowledge to assess manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facility production processes and reduce costs. Analyze, develop, and optimize work flows within the production process across all departments to improve efficiency. Review monitoring systems to determine ways to improve company operations and eliminate waste. Develop best practices, routines, and innovate new solutions to improve production rates and overall automobile parts quality. Additional job duties as necessary.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or any related field). Foreign equivalent accepted.
