Our client company is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to be an integral part of the maintenance team focused on predictive/preventive measures.

You must be willing to:
Take site wide responsibility for all equipment & services
Analyze plant downtime/quality/safety/financial data to identify areas of focus
Conduct/coordinate failure investigations, implement solutions to improve reliability/quality/safety
Redesign machinery and/or processes to improve plant reliability
Take Direct oversight of the preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Be Responsible for hydraulic and compressor programs

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/or similar Engineering Degree is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and/or trades experience
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Power Point/Maximo
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
