Job Description

:

  • Responsible for US Clients, handling queries, Providing appropriate assistance.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically.
  • Following up with customers for any further information.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
  • Should be flexible with the US shifts (24/7 Shifts).

Eligibility:

  • Grad or Undergraduate with good customer handling skills and fluency in English.
  • Should be flexible with rotational night shifts (Us Shift).
  • Experience or Fresher
  • Should be comfortable Working from Office.
