Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team in London. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top sales talent who will contribute to our growth and success. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. This is a Mid-Level/Senior position requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience and a maximum of 15 years of experience in Sales Recruitment, ATS, and Sales. We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team management skills. Strong networking abilities and proficiency in GTM/Sales strategies are also necessary for this role.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods and tools
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Recruitment
Proven skills in Stakeholder Management and ATS
Experience in Negotiation and Team Management
Strong networking abilities and proficiency in GTM/Sales strategies
