A day in the life.

As our Client Representative on the Business Insurance team, youll be working directly with the Producer, Client Director, Client Advisor, and/or Client Executive. Supports, Client Director, Client Advisor, and/or Client Executive by performing by processing daily servicing tasks. Demonstrating team leadership.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Education Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 2 years knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop healthy relationships in order to retain accounts.
Be a self-starter; and problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
College degree preferred.
