The Opportunity:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant, Data & Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring data from one system to another accurately and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on entering marketing campaign data into our system, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

Transfer marketing campaign data from one system to another accurately and efficiently.
Enter campaign details, including campaign objectives and target audience.
Ensure that all data is entered correctly and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information.
Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors, working closely with the marketing team to address any issues.
Make edits if any of the campaigns were updated.


Qualifications:

Experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to enter data quickly and efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with marketing campaign concepts and terminology is a plus.
