Role: Jira System AdministratorLocation: Indianapolis, IN Interview Type: WebcamWork Arrangement: HybridLocal profiles only!Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- This position will function as a System Administrator for the Jira Application. The administrator will serve as an expert resource to support, maintain, identify best practices, and implement changes/configurations to Jira, Confluence and plugins to better support changes aimed at increasing efficiencies and optimize use of the toolset. Selected candidate will advise and effectively guide the construction, deployment, performance, and ongoing use of the Jira Application within client Individual selected must have exceptional technology abilities, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done and have the capacity to learn and support a wide range of business functionality. The candidate must also be articulate, passionate about helping users, and be an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Require/Desire Skills:- Atlassian Administration experience Required 5 Years- Experience with JIRA & Confluence installations, merges, upgrades and migrations. Required - Expert level knowledge of JIRA Required 5 Years- Strong JIRA configuration experience (workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications, etc, and in-depth knowledge of JQL queries, reporting Required 5 Years- Good understanding of all administrative functions and features and implementing standard methodologies. Required - Prior experience vetting, testing, installing and configuring add-ons and any new add-on requests. Required JavaScript Highly desired 2 Years- Extensive knowledge of administering Atlassian applications (Cloud and/or Data Center) Highly desired - Ability to drive clean, understandable dashboards and reports Highly desired - Understanding of system administration principles (Monitoring, Network, Storage, Scripting) Highly desired - Integration experience with other Atlassian applications (FishEye, BitBucket) Highly desired - Familiar with HTML and CSS Highly desired - Atlassian certification Highly desired - Ability to prioritize across various tasks and handle changes in daily workload Highly desired - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people of varied professional.
