Position: Network Security Firewall CISCO Client, NAC, AAA L2Locations: Irving, TX Day 1 ONSITEL2 Security engineer" This is a technical resource for in-depth security device incident resolution and emergency changes for our customers. L2 Security Engineer will develop an understanding of the specifics of the Customer s security architecture and will be solving complex incidents or changes. L2 Security Engineers will work on change management or incident management. In this position the L2 Engineer will be supporting the SOC Customers security products and services. Skills Required (4 -7 Years of experience in Network Security)" Skill Required- NAC & AAA" Primary Skill- Cisco Client 802.1x, MAB, Guest, BYOD, Wired & Wireless authentication." Secondary Skill- AAA, Radius, Aruba Clearpass, TACACS, Network/Network Security device authentication, Multifactor authentication." Certification from Major Vendors like Cisco and Aruba are preferred." Thorough understanding on network technologies - basic level routing, switching." Hands on experience with NAC, AAA & MFA technologies." Strong knowledge in 802.1x,MAB authentication for wired & Wireless" Strong knowledge in Radius & TACACS authentication for Network device administration." Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Routing & Switching concepts and troubleshooting experience." Knowledge on ITIL process.Responsibilities" Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex tasks." Working with enterprise security device vendors to resolve complex incidents." Using vendor provided tools, log files/scripts." Attending incident calls, review and understand documented processes, update process documents and interaction with Customer managers." Performing simple and complex Change Management." Participating in audit and compliance assessments performed internally." Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)" The ability to work in a shift work environment (7x24x365)Soft Skills" Shall have good verbal/written communication skills." Should be willing to work in 24x7 environments." Incumbent should carry continual system improvement mind-set and able to demonstrate in work." Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills." Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
