Position: ServiceNow Developer (CSM/ITSM+Integration) Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and system integration. As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in CSM and ITSM with integration capabilities, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our customer service and streamline our IT service management processes. Your deep understanding of CSM and ITSM combined with strong integration skills will be instrumental in optimizing our customer service delivery and IT operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather requirements and understand CSM and ITSM needs. Design and develop ServiceNow solutions in the areas of CSM and ITSM, including incident management, problem management, change management, service catalog, self-service portals, and knowledge management. Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with specific CSM and ITSM requirements, ensuring seamless integration and automation. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, or other IT management tools, to enable data exchange and workflow automation. Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform components to support CSM and ITSM processes. Perform system testing, quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for CSM and ITSM solutions. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform and integrated systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry best practices related to CSM, ITSM, and integration. Assist in training end-users on new CSM and ITSM functionalities and capabilities. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on CSM and ITSM module implementation, customization, and integration. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in CSM and ITSM modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including configuring workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Solid understanding of customer service management processes and IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using web services, APIs, and middleware tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate CSM and ITSM needs into technical requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and ITSM, are highly desirable. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is advantageous. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.
