We are seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various converting equipment to produce high-quality labels for our customers.

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate converting equipment such as slitter machines, laminating machines, rotary die cutters, flatbed die cutters, and rewind tables for product inspection
- Inspect labels for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Package labels for shipment and complete required paperwork
- Use QAD to issue/receive product to work orders and print core/box labels
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as requested by management

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Prior production or manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to process product within quality and productivity standards
- Ability to read and understand all associated paperwork and tools
- Experience with slitting, laminating, rotary die cutting, flatbed die cutting, and roll-fed flexographic printing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
