Hiring for International CHAT (Jaipur & Gurgaon- Work From Office) - Customer support & Technical support for International BPO
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interacting with the customers on call and Chat
Resolve their queries
Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.
Handling pressure under adverse situations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be fluent in English.
Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off
Should be Comfortable with rotational night Shifts
Undergraduate and Fresher both can apply.
Relocation Facilities as below will be arranged:
Travel ticket- Express Bus or AC Train
Hotel Accommodation (15 days)
Relocation Bonus - 10K

Perks and Benefits: Salary 27K- 38K CTC
5 days working, Two Week Offs
