What You'll Do


Design and architect billing solutions using Zuora's platform features

Configure and customize billing rules, workflows, and pricing models to align with our requirements.

Translate cases into solutions, using Zuora's configuration and technical solutions based on APIs.

Collaborate with business teams to define, document, and clarify processes and requirements.

Partner with the finance and revenue team to capture and analyze our requirements related to billing and revenue management.

Automate billing processes using Zuora's workflow and automation capabilities.

Build data sync/workflow between Zuora billing and revenue.

Monitor and troubleshoot Zuora billing platform performance, applying updates and patches.


What You Have


5+ years of Subscription Management Billing experience, especially with Zuora

Proficient in Python and XML/JSON

Experience with SAP or other general ledger systems

Salesforce experience

Bachelors degree in business administration or IT or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in Zuora development, architecture, design, and hands-on implementation.

Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.

Continuous learning mentality, staying updated with the latest Zuora platform features and industry best practices.

Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Stay informed about the latest releases, features, and improvements in the Zuora platform and industry best practices.
